There are actually a couple of dozen there but they're all very carefully arranged so that we only see the one at the front of the line.
Like a well-drilled chorus line in a Busby Berkeley musical. But with chickens instead of girls.
Or like that scene in Smoky and the Bandit (or possibly Smoky and the Bandit II). But with chickens instead of trucks.
